"Tax exempt order was surprisingly easy"
I ordered some supplies for our church and needed the tax exemption added, i was expecting it to turn into a whole thing. But nope — Concordia Supply took care of it really fast. I sent the form over, they fixed it without making me go back and forth a bunch, and checkout was easy after that. Such a relief. Seriously, I was mentally preparing for paperwork chaos, and it was just... done. Really appreciate that...

I had around a few items on backorder and thought it was going to be a hassle, but it really wasn’t. Concordia Supply kept me updated about what was going on, and I didn’t have to keep checking in or chasing anyone down. The rest of my order arrived just fine, and the backordered items showed up when they said they would. Overall, it was a smooth experience, and I’d definitely order again.

"Actually Found What I Needed Without a Treasure Map"
I was surprised by how much Concordia Supply had. I went in looking for some church supplies and a few kids ministry things, fully expecting to bounce around a dozen websites like that’s apparently my part-time job. But nope, they had a solid selection and made it easy to compare options in one place. Prices seemed fair too, but the variety was the main win for me. I found what I needed quickly and even saved a couple things for later, because apparently I’m the kind of person who has a church supply wishlist now.

I’ve ordered from Concordia Supply a few times now for church supplies and kids’ materials, i’m almost dramatic about how relieved I am that they actually show up when they say they will. My last box arrived right on the expected day, packed well, with nothing missing, and I was basically ready to throw a parade. The shipping updates were easy to follow too. It’s not flashy or anything, just dependable, which is exactly what I need when I’m ordering for a specific date and trying not to panic. I’d definitely use them again.

I was so relieved that there were samples available before buying. It made the decision about a million times easier because we could actually see what worked for us instead of just guessing and hoping for the best. The site was easy to use too, which I appreciated. I just wish more items had sample options, because I would’ve been all over those
